The diz arrived without a compliment slip, a note of any sort rattling around in an biggish box. I suspect the angry response of the current owner of the Woolery.

I was very rudely treated and told blatant lies by a person peerporting to be the owner. My first parcel had no paper in it at all. My McMorran Balance and Yarn guide was in a box with about three air bags as packaging so there was very little chance of the Diz being thrown out with the packing.

I'm happy its over. but this must be a warning to people who face similar problems and short supply. If you are sure you are right don't be intimidated by businesses telling you fibs and blaming you for "lost Items", stick to your guns and get a result. The diz was expensive at $25.00.
