About me

I have got the weaving bug. I recently started knitting again (I'm thegnu on ravelry too) and playing with two handmade and very hastily put together looms has got me all excited about weaving stuff.Then I bought an old LeClerc Nilec on eBay. It is a simple 2-shaft loom 16" wide. I also was given a little Spear's loom recently.

In the afternoons I work in the Elgin (TX) Depot Museum where I do lots of computer stuff, running the network and Photoshopping etc. I am putting together a photography exhibit at present based on pictures taken by people in our little town on 9-9-09: People doing ordinary things, the kind of photographs you would never think to take. The photos will be saved in our huge digitized photo collection for posterity.
