I just bought a new 10dent reed in hopes of playing with double weave sometime, but I also warped on a bunch of cotton for towels for Xmas gifts. I'll have to weave every day to finish in time to start the doubleweave experiment! Not to mention I just started a new job. This will be great stress relief therapy! I am thinking about using Jane Patrick's Idea Book. I know there's a section in there about Doubleweave.
