- I crochet as a hobby and have since I was 9 years old...still love it. I crochet charity scarves for a service project of my guild for patients receiving chemo since I learned that they get a dreadful chill during the treatments. And I love to garden!

- About me
I have been weaving for almost 40 years, I'm still intrigued every day. I weave stoles, scarves, sofa throws, baby blankets and yardage! I have 9 looms in my studio and they all have names. I work 4-5 days a week, 6-8 hours a day. I have no helpers or computers to use in my production...I don't even use fly shuttles. I am an old-fashioned old weaver. I have just my hands and feet, head and heart.
- I teach
I used to teach weaving to adult learners and still have a teacher's heart. Although I retired from it several years ago, I try to offer a helpful tip in my blog every time I post. Because of my intense teaching experience (average 30 students/year for 10 years), I love to pass on my knowledge of the basics to help weavers of all skill levels ....each one teach one, I say!
