- About me
I'm a freelance textile designer and weaver living in Denmark. I'm married to Freddy, whom I meet in Peru while studying Gauzes from the Chancay Culture. We live together with our fat and wonderful cat, Osvald. I am interested in the weaving technique GAUZE, and have studied it in Peru, in Japan and in Berlin at the Bauhaus Archives.
I like to weave on my computerised ARM loom with 24 harnesses and my old and lovely contramarch loom from Lervad.
You can find me at different places on the web;

- I teach
I do 1-week inspiration classes where people can get to know the japanese company Nakachuu's amazing yarns. Besides this I have also developed teaching programs where to learn how to weave gauze and leno. One with half doups and the other with beads.
I do speaches about gauze / leno and also about the tradition of colors, textures, surfaces and techniques from my travels in Japan and Peru.At the moment I teach three days a week at the Center for Deaf, located outside of Copenhagen. All of my students have other handicaps like autism, mental illnesses ect. This is a very lifegiving experience.
