For those that are interested: I ended up purchasing 5/2 Tencel from Teresa Rush. She was fantastic to work with! :) I ended up buying 50lbs of a combination of 10/2 and 5/2 Tencel (since I will use both gauges) to get a wholesale price but she was willing to sell it in smaller quantities if you didn't want to buy that much.
Mostly it would be for scarves/shawls. I like to have options of bulkier/thicker scarves available for customers when I sell my work. I like Tencel not only for its hand and drape but also because it is processed in a closed system which means very little gray water run off. I like to weave with yarns that are eco-friendly when I can.
