Sampler Hands Towels pg 8 Weavers Craft Issue 13 4H LeClerc
Medico Table loom Basic twill threading and various treadling for
the Patterns.

8/9 calculated warp needed for 3 towels and have warp measured

Per pattern suggestion I need 67.5 inches plus 12 inches min’ for
loom waste. Which gets me 2.2 yards. I decided to make it 3 yards just
in case. I had about 6" more than I needed maybe.

Needed all of one cone and only a few yards of the other for the warp.  Hardly used any of the colors.

8/10 Loom is warped. I had to correct a few errors and make some
heddles :P I have started weaving but I’m, not get the ppi suggested.
The best I’m doing is about 13 pp on the tabby. Maybe it will get better
after I have woven more?

8/11 Took out all the weaving and tightened the warp and re-did the header yarn. Now I am getting closer 16 ppi. I looks much better. Need 2
good beats to the the weft just right.

On loom after weaving I’m getting 13” width so I have a take in of
one inch so far. I still find selvages with tabby difficult. There was
pull in on basket weave.

Very nice

I love your diary of weaving, great idea. I'm going to do that with a project I'm just starting.

The towels are lovely.  They look great.  Are you using them or are they a gift?

I love the colors and the variations on these.  Great Job!  It looks like you've had them up for a while, but this is the first time I've seen them!
