Pat can you tell some more about these? If I ever get caught up with my billing (clinical social worker), I want to put dishtowel warps on, to use up the cones and cones of cottolin I got in a screaming deal.
These really are lovely.

Pat, may we have the draft and a close up photo of the Celtic knot?
XO Gail & Fog
I agree! Can you either tell us the pattern source, or add the draft to the drafts folder here at Weavolution? If your dishtowels were in our November guild sale, I bet they'd sell like hotcakes! (BTW, at the New York Sheep & Wool Festival this weekend, the lowest-priced handwoven towel I saw was selling for $28).
Since my best talent is following directions... I can take no credit for any design work. The project is outlined in Weavezine, and is from an article by Robin Spady back in March 2009:

While the project called for 8/2 cotton, I used 10/2 (I too have cones and cones from a "screaming deal" :> ) - the red is 6/2 and the green is 4/2.
Thanks for the kind words - and enjoy!
Could your draft be adjusted for a 4 shaft loom, rather than a 6 shaft loom, if so I would like the draft. Any thing Celtic I would be very interested in weaving. Love the towels.
TNweave... I haven't seen anything for 4 harnesses... I "googled around" and nothing came up. Thanks for the compliment on the towels! BTW, there is an Aussie weaver ("curiousweaver") who had a post last year about a Celtic knot pattern for an inkle loom... don't know if this would be of interest, but here's the link:
