How many yards did you weave?

How many yards did you weave? It was fun to see all four, each in a different colorway. (Was it as much fun to weave #1 as it was to weave #4?)

So what's next on your loom?

The popularity of overshot

The popularity of overshot comes and goes, but I love it when a piece is not overdone with every possible variation. These are beautifully done. I discovered that I could see all four by clicking on the image.

yards of warp

I put on 8 yards of 10/2 cotton in white. Then I wove each runner in a different color.  On one of the runners I used a grey 10/2 as the tabby weft, it really changed the character of the runner- in a good way.  Changing the colors of the pattern weft kept me from being bored with the weaving.  I like to put on long warps because I don't like threading!
