I am working my way through Bonnie Inouye's book Exploring Mutishaft Design so I can really know the capabilities of this new-to-me loom. It ia amazing how many weaves you can get out of a simple twill peg plan just by advancing the warp or changing directions.
I am glad that your dobby bars are working now. Your "simple twill peg plan" can also be a twill tie-up on 16 treadles. It might not be amazing to see many different treadling sequences on one tie-up, but many people do not realize that bars and pegs can be used the same way. And it is much easier to change the tie-up with the bars and pegs.
The reverse face of your cloth will look quite different from the photo. Have you looked at the other side yet?
Bonnie
