Very nice!

They look like corn cobs.  What did you use for weft?

I used 1 inch strips of 100% cotton. I sewed the fabrics together before I cut them into strips. The stripes were a consistent size that way without starting and stopping. Next time I will sew them together on the bias, less of a bump that way.

Lovely

I just love these matts.  Perfect combination of colors and textures to get the look of corn cob.  Very creative.
