Habu A-4 Acorn natural dyed with madder root border, will throw madder root as weft, this will be a warm color piece, might be just the thing to donate to the fire department for a fund raiser.
These colours (and the ones in your cool-toned "Colors of My Valley" project) are lovely, Deb. It's nice to see your process of tying a new warp onto an old, too. Your knots are tidier than mine. ;-)
Are those glass lease sticks? Great idea!
Ruth
Thanks Ruth, those are some plexiglass window rods. They work wonderfully, I picked them up at a garage sale. I'd like some that are smaller but I don't want to spend the $$$. Of course I always watch for them for sale but have never run across them. I also posted a project titled tying on a warp, not sure if you say that one but it breaks down the steps. I think I labeled the slideshow.
The colors of your valley are exquisite! Love seeing the dye and weave project coming along.
