Thanks! I'm happy to be

Thanks! I'm happy to be weaving on my band loom, as it's been idle for awhile. I took a band weaving class at Vav Stuga this spring, and it definitely peaked my interest.

I looked at the beautiful bands you have in your projects. Lovely!

I love your band.  I love

I love your band.  I love band weaving too.  I make bands before I even know what I'm going to do with them.  How do you like your loom?  I've been eyeing this model.  Not sure If I should try to make one or not.

Hi, thanks - sorry I missed

Hi, thanks - sorry I missed your message earlier.  I love this model of band loom.  I have an inkle loom that I seldom use.  My Glimakra band loom came from eBay several years ago.  It is back in production by Glimakra now.  There are some plans floating around that I've seen - maybe on eBay? for this style of loom.  If you are handy with wood, you could probably make one.  I like sitting 'sideways' to the warp, and also like that there are beams for the warp and finished bands, so I can make longer bands than on an inkle.
