Amyfibre, What a unique weave

Amyfibre,

What a unique weave structure!  Could you tell me your source for the pattern?  I've not heard of Bumberet and am curious to learn about it.  Keep up the good work!

Hi Lolli, I learned about it

Hi Lolli,

I learned about it from a class by Ruby Leslie at Midwest Weavers conference this summer.  It's a 4-shaft structure, but I haven't had time to look and see if it's under another name in Davison's green book.  Ruby said that Alice Schlein wrote about it in an old issue of Weaver's, but it wasn't an issue I have in my library.
