the name plate says this is a murphy loom made in seattle
hello! this is my murphy loom. i found it at a garage sale and after alot of elbow grease, it has cleaned up fine. the heddles were all rusted as well as the reed. i ordered new ones because i could not find a way to save them.i bought a weaving book and have been happily weaving rag rugs of all types.i am becoming comfortable with the warping process and hope to get the courage to weave some dish towels and scarves next! i have not been able to find any information about this loom co. if any one knows please let me know! i have spent many creative hours with this beautiful loom and i would love some background on it.
I recently received a Cambridge loom and it is disassembled, Made in late 1800's or early 1900's still has the paper sticker attached. It is in good shape and I would like to repair and assemble the loom. Where can I find directions to assemble my new cambridge loom
