To add a link to a photo or a video you compose your comments and highlight the words to link by using you cursor. Once highlighted, the link icon will appear on the icon bar above the body of your comment. Click on the icon like this:

A new window will open and you will see a blank space to enter the link for the photo or video :
Once you have entered the url you will want to click on the Target field to tell it to open in a new window. That window looks like this:
click on "Open link in a new window" and then click on "Insert" and you're done.
