To help weavers who have had troulbe and help avoid new troubles when working with this sometimes problematic yarn. For anyone interested in successfully working with Rayon Chenille.
I had a neighbor recently unload a few large totes of chenille that I thought I could use for projects. My stash is now huge. I noticed when I looked carefully at the cones that there are no lables at all on them. I had no real way of knowing exactly what I had here to work with. Actually, there is a label on one of the cones that indicates that it is polypropylene chenille. I am not very keen with working with synthetics and I am not sure if I will try to work with it now or not. I am thinking of selling it on e-bay or something cone by cone till it is gone. I might have all of 120 pounds of a great variety of the stuff here. If anyone wants it, I can let the whole lot go for a good price ($3 plus shipping, if that sounds good). I can take some pictures if anyone is really interested.
