Daryl Lancaster is offering Seam and Edge Finishes for Great Looking Garments andPhotographing Your Fiberwork! This week also sees the second Intro the Network Class, which is full. Please check the classes page for future dates. You can expect to see more classes in the coming month.

Happy Weaving,
Erica & Oliver
I received the following "message" and replied immediately with my address last November:
"My apologies for the late personal notification. You have
won Weavolution Tote Bags. Please send me your mailing address to
receive your prize.
Cheers,
Erica"
I never got a response although I sent two more messages. I would love to receive my tote bag, so please let me know if you still haven't received my message with my mailing address. (I'm kind of disappointed as you may imagine.)
May have been someone phishing for your address. Did you check the actual e mail address it was returning to?
I get notices from "hughesnet" all the time (my ISP) but when I hir reply, it is sending it to an entirely different address.

All set. Erica e-mailed me today and had received my address, just a time issue. I can certainly relate to that.
Hi Erica,
I too have not received my Weavolution jump drive that I won through HalloWeave. Did you receive my address I sent in November? Please let me know, I'll forward it again.
Thanks, Sharon
I would love to take a Daryl Lancaster class. I saw some of her pieces at Fiber Forum this past year. But, I am not at that level yet (may never be) I am still on scarves and runners. I would love to see some classes on getting started, and getting better.
There is a website http://homeeconline.blogspot.com/ they have online classes for new sewers. Each class teaches the steps to make a simple project. Weaving would be more complicated, but if it could be done, it would surely be popular.
check out the class schedule. She is an excellent teacher. I've taken 2 of her sewing with handwoven fabrics classes.
Sharon
Debbie,
I would agree with Sharon. Daryl teaches a variety of classes from beginner to advanced. Her Sewing with Handwovens is an excellent resource for moving from scarves to cloth. I'm also willing to tailor a class to suit your needs. Please fee free to contact me via any of the weavolution contact e-mails and let me know what you're looking for. Classes on weave structures? Moving from scarves to shawls/wider widths? I'm self-taught so not the best judge of setting coursework as it were.
Cheers,
Erica
