Hi, I use the browser to try and upload a photo to my profile....nothing happens...when I save the profile it refreshes blank, still no photo. I've also walked away from the computer thinking it just might be uploading...still nothing. Am I missing something that I need to do? thanks good luck with all the tweaking....! Deb

Did you upload the photo in the FIRST of the photo boxes? Only that one will upload a photo to your profile, the other boxes send it into oblivion. (Yes, I know, major bug, we're working on it. ;-) )
If you did, and it's still not loading, email me a copy of the photo at tien@weavolution.com and I'll see what I can do.
Ah Ha! I thought it was me! I did accidentally decide to upload to the avatar box late last night, and it worked, didn't realize that really was the solution. Jerri
ok, I went back and used the 1st box, worked well, I'm up but my photo was resized and it looks funky, exactly what do you mean by 85 by 85? pixels? cm? I am going to use image resize in photo shop elements and it gives me a choice of pixels or inches, any hint on that?

We're working on getting the photo resized so it shows normally and doesn't get distorted, but that may take some time - the developers are hard at work on some major improvements to groups and forums. In a few days we'll have some more time to make changes.
But meanwhile, resizing in Elements should work just fine!
I did use the first box and got a message saying that my photo had been resized, but there was no evidence of a photo... I clicked on 'save' and went to look at my profile, and I do not have a photo. I tried three times, proving that I must be insane according to the definition of doing something repeatedly while expecting a different result. Help!
I see a photo on your profile page, could it be that you just needed to refresh your profile page?

Lots of repeated posts on this page, but no instructions on how to load a profile pic. What first box??? The current pic is one I got rid of some time ago. The one I was using is gone. And I can't delete the current pic or upload a new one.
Except now I see that the new one is in my comment. Something weird going on here.
I will look into this further. First thing to try is to clear your cookies and cache. Next, please tell me what computer you are on and what browser you are using (Firefox, Chrome, etc).
Once I am able to help you with this issue, I will do my best to complete a Help topic on this so people will have a place to find information.
