It must be too early in the morning for me to think properly, but late last night ( my time) I tried to upload a photo, and didn't see the usual screen and folders that I usually upload photos to. Has this changed? because I actually wanted to use a photo already uploaded and couldn't. I also had problems resizing the photo, and its still too large, problems I would not have had using the original photo on file.
So how do we access the photos we have already uploaded to edit, delete or replace them, please? and why can't I access previously uploaded photos in my photo directory?
Now to hunt down some more caffeine!
Yes, I have had the same problem as Caroline trying to find previously uploaded and filed photos. That file was very convenient with the resizing and thumbnails-how can we access that?

Hopefully the caffeine helped you to realize you are not going crazy! We did improve the upload feature. I'm about to post the new help for it. By the time you get this, it should be up.
I've asked our help group about your pictures and if there is any way to retrieve them. I don't have an answer yet, but I will keep on it.

Hi again.
There are at least two ways to upload pictures. If you click on the picture link, the click on Browse Server, in the lower left you'll see a button called "Create New Folder." Once you create a folder, you can put your photos in it.
This does not yet solve the problem with pictures already uploaded, but will allow you to reaccess any photos you upload from here on.

hi Alison, Thats how I did manage to upload a picture, but the new method requires a calculator to work out how to resize the photo. Its not user friendly, like the old uploader. I was not able to ask it to reduce the size proportionately, and since I didn't have my calculator handy, had to guess at the size, so the photos is still too big. I don't think this is an improvement.

If you loaded more pictures in the spaces below avatar and thought they disappeared into ether. Surprise..When you go to your profile page those pictures are there under the "Photo" tab. We will be adding directions to that section of the profile page.
Will we be getting a Photo tab? I can see some of other peoples photos, but not my own.

When putting in a picture and reducing the size, mine scaled proportionately automatically. I only changed the top and the bottom reset itself. No calculator needed. If that isn't what yours did, please let me know the steps so that I may replicate them.
The photo tab - That is something we need to fix. I can see everyone else's photo tab but the user doesn't have the same tabs, they have the menu on the left and that isn't there.
Thanks for lettihg me know that you had the same experience as I on that. I just hadn't had a chance to chase that down yet.
