How long does it take for a new loom I added to be moderated and actually show up in the database? I added a Harrisville 45" 8H/10T loom several days ago and have not seen it on the list yet so wondered about this. Thanks!
We are starting work on Looms and Yarns soon. The moderation process is on hold for the next couple weeks while we finish the development work on the entire site. In addition, the Database Working Group, which you can join here, is helping develop the parameters surrounding decisions about what information is included with the Looms. Please join them and offer your ideas and thoughts.
If you entered your loom in your Profile under My looms, it should be there. That information get entered in your profile under "Fun Stuff About Me" and should be on your profile page for everyone to see.
The looms database is the next section of Weavolution that will undergo development. We are working hard to finish the work needed to use the module fully.

Thanks - yes, I added it to my own profile too, but was confused about the pulic database since I didn't see anything telling me what to expect. Thanks for the explanation. I'll check out the group you suggest.
