We apologize for the short notice but we have a chance right now to move everything from this, our original website, to our brand spanking new gorgeous functional (I'm almost out of adjectives) website.
We realize this is an inconvenience for some but it is the only way to be certain everything you see here comes with us as we move to the new website.
It may take a day for your internet service provider to find us, some are slower than others but rest assured WE WILL RETURN and our website will be much improved.

Welcome back! I'm still experimenting to see how everything works, but have noticed that photos contained in threads do not seem to have come over from the old site, which is a pity. Some of the threads have relied on the photos of work, drafts and techniques to explain things, and it would be a pity if all this was lost. I'm thinkking of the backstrap group in particular here, where Laverne has put in a lot of work writing tutorials to get people started.
Lost some photos in my projects. So far, not too pleased with change... but I'll adapt.

Same for me; I have my doubts and hope some of the bugs will disappear .there are a lot of photos i can not see; But we will have to give the developers some credit and hopefully they will find a solution for the problems.the same happened at colourlovers.com but after a while we adapted to the new website and the bugs got fixed and we enjoyed it again.
edit: you see things go better by the hour,now the avatars show up.Much better!
Be patient, things are still being moved into the new site. It takes a long time for all the pictures to transfer.
Here is the latest word on the pictures from our wonderful developers, PingV.
Expect some display strangenesses with images in the coming few hours as we push to production the theme changes and some configuration adjustments. Once the migration is completed (hopefully this evening) all will be sorted out, and everyone will see all their images and be able to view slideshows of project (and other) pictures.
Give us a couple days. There are a few final bugs and lots of pictures being added.
