I don't know about anyone else but my message box is out of control!! i just realized now when I went back to find an old message and found that it was tough trying to find it by subject name-the recipient's name doesn't appear like when you search for old emails. So I have had to try to remember the date and go opening messages one by one.

Is there any way this could be changed so that received and sent mesages are listed by sender/receiver rather than by subject?

I will make sure I include the recipient's name in the subject box from now on and that will help.

Currently, when viewing your messages, if you click on "Subject" or "Last Updated". the message order will change according to your selected view.  Unfortunately, I don't think this would help the situation you are facing.

Keeping in mind that we are talking about improvements, some thoughts I have are...

Possibly adding folders so that you could categorize your messages, but this would require work on your end to organize them.

Possibly adding a search capability so that you could search through your received messages.

Any other ideas?

Hi Laverne,

That is on the list of changes for the future.  We have this long list and will be working on priorities once Alison returns from vacation some time this week.

I agree with you, it would be very helpful to have the recipient's name in the list.

Since tags are used so much, that might be easier to implement in Weavolution than folders.  Then if you could show all messages with a specific tag, it would be easier to find what you're looking for.

Hi Tina,

That might work out as a good compromise.

Thanks for the suggestion,
