My newly added project shows up on my personal page, but not on the general Weavolution projects page.

Two most recent projects before that, also not on general page.  Are they still migrating?  Or have they missed the boat somehow?  Thanks!

Have they fixed this "bug"?

Have they fixed this "bug"?  Just wondering.......  One of my projects mysteriously made it to the projects page; the other two are still MIA.  :-)

I consulted our developers

I consulted our developers and got this response:

I see what's happening. The exposed filter is to govern display of projects with shafts "between" 0 and 40. However, the project linked above has no shafts indicated, so it does not fall between and so is not included in the display. This is a limitation of the filter in Views.

There are a couple of simple options:

  • Make number of shafts a required field, so people posting projects don't get excluded? This would take 1 minute.

  • Or we could put that filter onto a different view, perhaps on different tab, and call it "Browse by Shafts" or something like that, and let Recent Projects truly show just the most recent projects, with or without picture, with or without shafts filled in. This would take 15-30 minutes

So, there is a cost involved with the change that needs to happen.  The other thing you could do is check that you have entered the number of shafts in the program.

At this time we are gathering information for the changes people have requested and will have to decide what items will be done now and what will have to wait for the future.

No problem.  At least now we

No problem.  At least now we know the "why".  I added a made up number of shafts and "voila!" the projects have appeared.  I can deal with this.  Thanks!
