I have just joined to ask a question about my loom, but I can't work out how to actually ask a question........a bit confused!  Help.  Thank you

After you have signed in,

After you have signed in, click on Forums in the orange box at the top of the page.  It is easier to see all the options on Weavolution if you are using Firefox or Chrome for your browser.  We also have a help section which you can access from the black bar at the top of the page.

Once in the Weaving forum, click on the orange box that says "post a new post" just like you did here.

Hope that helps.  Glad you asked.

Claudia

You'll see the "post a new post" not in the orange box, but after you get to the forum you want to post in.  I did see your other posting, so I think you figured it out, right?

Which draft software

I am new to weaving and just started weaving on a Harrisville 4harness. What is a good MAC software program to purchase so I can design drafts? Thanks, Jill

I am enjoying learning

I am enjoying learning PixeLoom.  Its easy and one of the least expensive of the few truly MAC programs.  You can find it here: http://www.pixeloom.com/  You can also check Judie Eatough's site re: how to choose weaving software: http://www.weavenotes.net/

I suggest you post this as a new comment in the weaving forum.  I almost missed it tucked away in this thread about how to leave a comment.  Click on Forums in the orange box and then go to the Weaving forum and click on Post a new post.

Hilton,I'm not sure if

Hilton,

I'm not sure if you've posted this elsewhere, but Fiberworks recently released their software for Mac. It is the best weaving software I've used to date. It's well worth the investment, in my opinion.

As Claudia said, you'll get a wider variety of opinions if you post this in the general weaving forum or another forum.

Cheers,

Erica
