There have been several questions about the new design and where to find various pieces of information and projects, etc.
We have migrated all the content in Forums, Groups and all the pictures in the Projects area. It took a very long time, we encountered server issues and then the developer discovered some pictures were missing and the projects had to be redone. Rest assured, everything has been migrated from the old site.
So where do you find...? First, take a minute to look at the choices in the orange box at the top right side of the page. It's one of the easiest ways to find everything. You can also use the words in the black bar just under the orange box at the top of the page. Groups and Forums are two separate entities. This is standard Drupal (the foundation software of Weavolution). The fastest way to get to the new comments in Groups and Forums is to click on Groups & Forums in the black bar at the top of the page. You will see this page:

You can click on the red "new" comment and it will take you directly to that comment in the Group or Forum listed in the column to the right in the list you see.
We are currently working on a problem with Projects. New projects are not showing in the Projects area. They are still in your personal projects folder but they are not all showing in the Projects area.
I am working as fast as I can to complete the Tour of Weavolution that will be available in the Help section.
For help with the new photo uploader, villageweaver has created a WeavolutionWebcast channel in YouTube. She has created a video showing exactly how to use the new uploader and that can be foundhere. You can also search on Weavolution in YouTube and it will show up there. Make certain you are looking at the NEW photo uploader there is an old one that was created by Weavolutionhelp that is no longer valid.
One last item, the "link" icon will not appear in the bar at the top of the body of a post unless you highlight text first. Once you highlight text to use for a link, the icon will appear.
Thanks for all your patience while we all learn our way around this beautiful new home. I hope you can take a moment to look around the Home page and see how much has happened in the one year since we launched Weavolution. We've come a long way and we thank you, the community of Weavolution for all your contributions to this site and to the future of hand weaving.
Claudia
