How about a chat room for those who happen to be online. I always see "11 weavers online" in the upper right corner (or whatever the number). It might be fun to see who's there.

That would be great! Would the hours have to be limited? I can see a few really serious cases of insomnia coming up as we chat to people on the opposite side of the world, hehe!
Seriously though, its an excellent idea, and if it was 24/7 that would be perfect! Most of you are in bed while I'm up and about, but I know there are windows of opportunity when we could all chat together.
It would be nice if a running log was kept for those of us who don't get to see the chat live, that way all the great ideas don't go streaming out to past the end of the screen.

We have rag rug weaving group you can join if you want. Or you could start a rug weaving group. You can also start topics in the Weaving forum. Or you can also start a topic in the chat forum.
Where in Hungary are you? I was in Hungary and Romania this last summer and bought a handwoven table runner from an elderly Hungarian woman living in Romania.

Just found this chat and was wondering how this would work for the " MEDIA - BLOG " that claudiajane and I have been considering !!!!
