Bug in guild presentation

I just checked my guild listing, for Vi KronobergsVävare.

When in edit mode, I found that we were listed as being in the US, so I changed that to Sweden. Saved.

On the display, there was now added a line, saying Geographic region, without giving any information.

Went to edit again, entered Kronoberg into the State/province box. Saved.

Now the page says Geographic region: KR

While I do realize that most Weavo members probably are from the US, it would be nice if at least the *country name* was displayed.  The abbreviation KR is totally meaningless, even if you had noticed (from the address) that we are in Sweden...

Also, it would be nice if the guilds could be found by, well, geographic region (or country)

Kerstin,

It seems to me they have been mixed up in the migration.  The guilds were organized by geographic region before.  We will need to research this further.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will work to restore the data in its former manner.  We welcome guilds from all corners of the World.

Hi Tommye,

We lowered the caching to 1 minute and the red new should disappear a minute or so after you have read the new post.  You may need to wait the full minute and then refresh the page.

The site is cached and each browser handles that in different ways, some faster than others.  We have changed the settings at our end to try and speed things up.  My understanding is that without caching the site would move extremely slowly.  We have made improvements in our server to help the site move faster for all users, including our friends with dial-up.
