Has something changed? There are alot of blank drafts showing up OR maybe folks are selecting draft during project input and just not putting a draft in?
I don't know the answer but will do some investigating. I am not sure if people are putting in a file that is too large.
I'll get back to you on this one, thanks for noticing.
Claudia
Maybe I am remembering incorrectly, it seems like in the other system that the WIF's would display, I uploaded a wif yesterday and no image showed up. I went back and added jpgs and that showed up in the draft display. I thought that wifs did display in the draft function?
Hey Deb,
Yes, we did have that capability via broken code and crashed site issues. We are trying to get this up and rolling without much luck thus far. We have a irons in the fire, as they say, and will keep you posted.
Claudia
Is the fix still on the list? As noted back in May? Lots of blank drafts with no link back to the project. Can we link back to the project somehow?
We will be working to resolve this issue in January. Unfortunately, we are still waiting on one piece of coding needed for users to be able to post wif files. You are welcome to post drafts in jpg, gif or png format for the draft. The only thing we have not resolved is enabling users to post wif files.

I have posted an update about where we are in resolving concerns about images and WIF files in Drafts. The update is posted here: http://weavolution.com/forum/weavolution...
ok J Johns, HOW did you get the link above to go directly to your # 3 message on the link? When I use a link I can assure you that it just goes to the thread. Is that a super back ground system tool you have?

let's see if this link jumps to my #5..., yep, just jumped to the thread not to a specific conversation point...HOW did you do it?
Good question! No special tool is necessary.
At the upper right of each reply in a discussion, you've already noticed there is a faint white number - the reply number.
You should be able to right-click on that number and select "Copy Shortcut" (IE), "Copy Link" (Safari), "Copy Link Location" (Firefox), or something similar. Then, you can paste the link into your discussion.
It will look like the original post link, but it will have something like "#comment-12345" appended to it. That's the part that makes the web browser jump down the page to the specific reply. :)
Let's see if it works! Wahoo! Thank you for the explanation! Never noticed that that area highlighted before!
Actually, it just copied exactly what I pasted above, none of the address stuff so I did not have to do the hyperlink, but it works! Thanks Deb Mc
Deb, perhaps you missed the right-click? This is what I got: http://weavolution.com/forum/improving-w... from your comment above. (Just pasted - to make it a link it will have to go in the "insert link", I assume)
Edited: no, it actually came out as a link! Very good feature!
