It is quite frustrating when using looms that do not conform to the usual jack loom with a fixed number of Shafts to try to be accurate and have the project form say that that type of loom has not yet been entered in a post - or to try to pin down the shaft number when using something like a double harness loom where there are 5 ground shafts and 50 pattern shafts - for educational purposes it would be nice to include these explanations along with the project. That way when beginners progress to more advanced techniques, they have already seen the terminology.
The requirements for shaft number and loom type should be looked at for more flexibility.

Looms and yarns are high on the list right after getting some of the more obvious glitches fixed. The first part, which we're already discussing, are changes to make these areas more user-friendly. So your suggestions come at a good time.
The second part will be to populate and scrub the manufacturers and products. We're looking for volunteers to manage and drive that process.
