I have tried it several times and am not experiencing that.

First step is to clear your cookies and cache in your browser. What are you using? IE? What version and what type of computer are you on?

Also, are you clicking on the word "Home" in the left side of the page navigation?

Sorry this is happening. See if it clears up once you have cleared out your cookies and cache.

Hi Bonnie,

Another thing to check is whether you are actually still signed in. I believe the software automatically signs people out after maybe 2 weeks. So the home button just might take you to the login screen. Are you seeing "Hi Bonnie Datta..." in the upper right corner?

Clearing the cookies will also log you out. That should effectively restart the system. Speaking of which, rebooting is also a good idea if you haven't recently.

I did all my little

I did all my little housekeeping routines last night and this morning the problem has disappeared. Thanks for the help. I don't actually know how to clear cookies, but I have a program called Uniblue SpeedUpMyPC that seems to do it along with a bunch of other system cleanup stuff.
