We added a few things to the way the Forums look. What do you think?
I am wild about the red envelopes indicating a new post I have not yet read. I was looking through the website as we sat in the car trying to exit the fireworks last night and it made it much easier to see new comments.
Your picture/avatar appear with every post you make, I like that too.
So, what's your honest opinion?

A couple of happy comments have already been made around and about on the site on the improvements. Putting the avatar pics up is great. I think they come up on PMs too. I also like the red SAVE button and there are probabaly other things that I haven't picked up on yet. Well done and thanks.

The changes are great. I especially like the red envelopes. It makes so much easier to tell when there's a post I haven't read. I also like that the pictures come up on posts.

The envelopes are good.
Removing all of the text from the forum index is good, that took up far too much space.
The weird spacing of the first post in a thread make it difficult to read. All of the first posts are scrunched to the right with a large blank space to the left.
Thanks, Deborah, I caught that and sent a note along to the developers. I see a few forums where it appears to have been fixed so it may be better now.

It looks fine to me. I'm still just alittle confused about the posts I made. I don't get many if any replying.
The changes are definitely for the better. I really like the pink envelopes showing the posts I haven't read yet. I would like to suggest a simpler way to go back from reading a forum thread. Since you are at the bottom of the thread in your reading a button or something down at the bottom to return to the forum listing would be very helpful.
Really, Weavolution is coming along nicely and I am glad more chatting has been going on in the forums. The more we use it the better it will be.
New look forums!! I just noticed that now the newest post is at the top of the page rather than down the bottom-no more scrolling around....brilliant!!! And I also got a message by email today telling me about a post reply-not a PM-that is wonderful too because when there is a lot of activity on a thread sometimes I miss a reply. Is this new too?
