This is amazingly wide cloth and all we get to see is a one repeat detail. What I see is lovely.    I would love to see a broader expanse of the cloth and how the repeats are arranged.  Is this cloth meant for, upholstery?

this cloth mainly preferred for bed covers .It's a Jacquard Woven cloth ,that's why  the  repeat size is totally up to the jacquard .

For this Pique cloth, I used a Bonas Ibj2 jacquard which have  1344 hooks.

For the design I use 1200 hooks and the rest of the hooks used for Selvedges.

warp density : 60 threads/cm

If you divide the jacquard's hook number which are allocated for design ( in this case it is 1200 hooks) by the number of warp threads you prefer per cm ( which is 60 ) , you get the 20 cm independent repeat area.

you can design a 20 cm large  pattern ( which is your max ) or smaller patterns which will fit in 20 cm area .

for example if you have a pattern  5cm long , you have to multiply this by 4 to complete the design area to 20 cm .
