I like the way you organized the color changes for the warp. That's a great technique. Once you get the warp organized, you just weave. Nicely done.

I used the method recently outlined in HandWoven magazine (Sept/Oct 2010) for using handpainted skeins of yarn.  I 'organized' the color changes and then warped the loom with them.  I used 8/2 perle cotton for the weft and plain weave for this fabric;  it sings with its golden coloring!  I had to piece the fabric because it was too narrow for my pattern pieced but it all worked out just fine and I love using my own backpack!
